Desktop app not working
This is my first day to use the FPL. I downloaded and installed the desktop app successfully. But I cannot login the desktop app and always got the error message "Wrong username or password!". I can open an IE window and login freephoneline.ca using the same email and password. Can anyone help me with the issue? Thanks.

Are you using FPL software or Fongo? Although from same company they have little differences and if you subscribed with one the credentials will not be the same for the other one. Also try uninstalling and re-installing the software. Good luck and keep us posted.

I am using FPL software. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and the problem is the same.

with the help from Fongo Support, the problem has been resolved by entering the email with capital case for the first letter. Thank you Team Fongo Support.
