e911 does not accept my address

Hello there.

I have the same problem as the person did in this thread:

After I enter my postal code, the proper town auto fills but it will not let me use my street address.

I did submit a ticket (#149875) but there is no support for such an issue???

Hi Jake,

The customer already send me a PM .

I am not sure what the issue is.

I tried to register and it works for me.

My guess is that it is a browser issue.

Funny, I just tried it in Firefox and it worked. But it wouldn't work the other day in that browser or IE with cookies cleared and a reboot. Sorry for all the fuss and Thank You!

Glad you got it sorted. This seems to come every now and again so you are not alone. It would be nice to know what is causing it though. I can only think the lookup script is having a funny 5 minutes.
