I couldn't make it work properly and decided not to using the client, so I thought I had removed everything and went on with my life.
This morning, I received a call on my computer. I had forgottent to actually stop the client on my computer (was still loaded in memory) and set the router back to its previous setting: forwarding UTP port 5060 to the ATA.
Now, I cannot receive any call. When I try to call my freephoneline number from my cellphone, that message plays in loop:
.This account is not valid
How can I revalidate my account?

PS: I also got this message when filling in the support request form. I couldn't enter my phone number in its box.
