Last night I was waiting for a phone call and found this morning it has gone directly to voice mail without ringing, so I missed an important call.

In the call log there was this "error" under Disconnect reason: "Unallocated (unassigned) number"



I can make any call without problems and most of the time I receive calls but since I'm a new user with your service I want to be sure to receive ALL my important calls

What can I do to prevent this from happening ?
