Hello,
I am using fongo as a backup, forwarding calls from my main number when I don't have signal but there's WiFi.
This is done using conditional forwarding (forward when not available) on my provider.
It usually works fairly well, but there are some callers who are always directed to the fongo voicemail instead of completing the call.
What I noticed is that when I dial my number with the redirection active, there is one ring tone, then sometimes a pause of a couple of seconds, then the ring tones resume (and my phone starts ringing).
Is it possible that those callers' systems interpret the pause as an answer and send some signal that causes fongo to direct the call to the voicemail?
Thanks,
Alex.

Hello,AlexO wrote:Anyone?
You need to allow calls from "Unknown" or "Private numbers" in your Fongo app settings.
Anonymous/Private calls are blocked by default and it appears that the calls you are missing are from Anonymous/Private numbers, please unblock anonymous calls to correct the issue:
Account > Settings > Blocked Calls > Block Anonymous Calls (Uncheck this).
