outgoing call doesn't work.prompt voice:password isn't valid

I have setup Grandstream GS-HT701 Handytone 701, incoming call works as expected, but I can't make a outgoing call, I got prompt voice: that password is not valid.
what does that mean? what kind of password is not valid?
