Is there a way that I can disable voice mail option or can I make the time for ringing longer?

At present time voicemail is a mandatory feature - I believe it's been explained here lots before as to our reasoning behind this.

Can i have this option works on my FFL: busy tone on busy line and doesn't go to Voice mail .

Unfortunately we can't make changes on a customer to customer basis, because when we do a mass update the changes we would have made would not affect your account.
