Hi,

Are you able to call same number from a Bell landline?

Looks like 480 means "Callee currently unavailable"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_S ... onse_codes

Almost like when you call a cell the the owner of the cell clicks on "reject"

"Switching equipment congestion" means the destination or phone number cannot be reached because the network switching equipment is temporarily overloaded during a period of high traffic.

That suggests a potential issue on FPL's end or with a carrier (or its network) to me.

Hi,

Re->That suggests a potential issue on FPL's end or with a carrier (or its network) to me.

That is the reason why I have asked if the number can be reached from other providers for example Bell landline.
