Could not register

My friend recommended me about Fongo.
However, when I try to register, seems quite bad.
First, I tried to register on https://www.freephoneline.ca/accountRegistrationStepOne, and it said that my phone number,which I am using, as "Contact Number" was invalid.
Then, I tried to register on my phone, this time seems work, however, I did not receive the active e-mail, not even in Junk or Spam. not at all. So, still not work.

Well, I wonder what's wrong with your service.
