iOS 10 VoIP integration.

Post by Drakescherer »

I'm sure you guys already know about it but I just wanted to post to show there is some demand for it. This is the one thing that bothers me most about Fongo and any other VoIP app; it's a separate app!. I would be super happy to have Fongo integrated in iOS 10 because then it can be treated like the stock phone app and I think would definitely attract more users. Apple is basically handing you more customers!! Please?

There is a hack, though it is relatively expensive, and you lose Fongo's texting. Get a Freephoneline account, and pay $80 for the SIP settings. I suspect OS 10 will be able to handle SIP settings much better, though that is only a guess on my part. I have no idea what Fongo's iOS 10 integration plan are, but from history, I would assume it is not going to happen quickly.
