Porting done, number unreachable! Help! *SOLVED*

My landline was ported to Fongo mobile yesterday around 1PM EST. I could make call out but couldn't received calls. I emailed support 3 times already since yesterday 3PM, no reply. I need help ASAP as this is the only phone i have available!

Honestly, service should be better as this is quite an urgent issue.

I tried the reset FOLLOW ME number (by enable and disabled, there is no reset) as suggested in the automated message, not helping.

Stll from the automated message, i received information about how to activate an ATA, but i didn't sign up for Fongo home and it's not my intention to do so.

Pretty sure is that my phone NUMBER is not activated properly!

Issue seems to be resolved, apparently there is a 24 hrs delay for USA(international) incoming calls. I was testing with google hangout (US #). I will retest it after 24 hrs to see if i can receive calls from outside of Canada.

It would be nice if this were to be mentionned in the email after the porting. Incoming Canada number seems to work but also only after a certain a time after porting (not sure of this though).

No reply from support since 3pm yesterday.... not good though.

Porting to and from any carrier is rarely ever seamless. You need patience. The full port will eventually kick in, the question is when. Fongo is not the only company that that is an issue. I have never had any carrier tell me when a port is successful, it just happens whenever.
