For the last few days my linksys continues to reboot automatically. Unable to use my Fongo phone.

likely the pap2 is on it's way out, and it is time to look for a new ATA. Obihai products are decent replacements

Try another power supply (if you can fine one to test with) that could be a problem as well or do as suggested by bridonca get a new ATA.
