I Have had freephoneline for years with almost no problems, NOTHING has changed -aka, my Voip ATA, Router, Internet,..., has all been the same, with no changes to any settings.
Suddenly over the last 2 days there's been NO VOIP service anymore.
I power reset everything,and the Internet connectivity is obviously ok, but still no VOIP service anymore ?
Symptoms:
- anyone dialing in hears no rings and just has to leave a message, which sometimes forwards to my email.
- cannot dial out at all, it's just dead air.
Also, when I went into my Account settings of my freephoneline-Voip phone number, I saw that under "SIP Status" it just says "disconnected".
I use a different email for this forum, than I do for my actual; freephoneline account, I don't wanna put my email here.
Can some Support member of Freephoneline/Fongo verify that my Account's are still active. ?
Something is very wrong here, since Internet,... is all ok, with no changes, but Voip has been dead for a few days now.

Well, all is ok now !
And, I will never call those "idiot" lights, on any device, "idiot" lights again.

My better-half had cleaned the basement-cabinet top, on Friday, where our Modem/wifi-Router/SPA-2102/PanasonicCordlessPhone/Power Bar... was.
Anyway, we came back Sunday night, and Long story short, she had gotten every cable plugged back in correctly, except for the small Lan-cable that connects the spa-2102 <-> wifi-Router .

Afterwards, the 3 (non-lit)green-LEDs on the SPA-2102 were also trying to tell me that there is NO-Lan-Connection. -so guess who the "idiot" is now? Lol.
Either way, it's MY fault for not patiently double-checking everything.
Good lesson here though, ALWAYS re-check hardware/connections, as well as those (blinkin' or non-blinkin') LED's first, just in case...?
