If SIP ALG/SPI is enabled your Bell Hub, you will need to contact Bell to disable it. But the person you speak to will likely be clueless.edwinma02 wrote: I am using a Bell router/modem and having hard time disabling SIP ALG and how to bridge.
You don't need to use bridge mode unless you have your own router: http://forums.redflagdeals.com/please-s ... r-1993629/
maybe there is something wrong with the way I configure it.
1. For primary SIP Server, use voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 (this attempts to circumvent faulty SIP ALGs in routers)
2. For local SIP port use 53211 (using a high random port helps to thwart SIP scanners and may also help circumvent a faulty SIP ALG feature in a router)
3. Lastly, send in a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and ask for "forced registration" to see if that helps.
4. Port fowarding is a security risk and should only be done if all else fails first. If you must port forward, you need to forward whatever RTP (UDP) port(s) (from your router to the LAN IP of your ATA) your ATA uses.
I cannot assist you with port forwarding. Contact Bell.

Beyond that, I'm out of suggestions.
