Good day,
I have been using freephoneline for a couple of years without issues. It seems for the last couple of days, my phone did not ring when someone called. The caller will hear the phone ringing and later got the voice mail.
I can call out without any issues. If I use my cell to call my home phone, even my home phone is not ringing, I can press the answer button to answer the phone. Just no ringing.
I tried the *73 and *79 and still not ringing. I did not do any forward settings.
I tried to change the ring waveform, frequency and voltage but still no luck.
I have tried a wired phone, reboot the ATA and the router. Still no luck.
My ISP is Rogers and with them for around 6 months. My ATA is SPA112 (1.3.3). I am using this proxy: voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060. The link status is CONNECTED.
Anyone can help?
Thanks

Please provide a screenshot from Voice->User1 setting from your ATA.
