Voicemail notification never turns off

The issue I am having is that my voicemail notification on my phone is not turning off even though there are no voicemails, whether I check from phone or login to FPL to check mailbox. It have the same problem across multiple devices so it is definitely an issue with my account on FPL. here are the devices I have tried and keep receiving voicemail notification when there is no voicemail.

- OBI200
- Voip phone
- SIP on Android phone
- FPL app

On the OBI200 I have checked off the Message Waiting and rebooted. The notification turns off on the phone until about 30sec-1min then comes back on again. Obviously the FPL account is the issue here. I have read past threads about other users having the same issue but there never seems to be a resolution to this.

How do I contact FPL to take a look at my account? Anybody else had experience with this and got it resolved?

Open up a ticket with support, and let them know that your account needs to be fixed: https://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new
Tell them what FPL SIP server you're using to register.

This bug you encountered can be triggered by deleting voicemail via https://www.freephoneline.ca/mailbox

Thanks. But it looks like the only option for my problem is a pay per incident. I shouldn't have to pay 50$ for this since the issue is on their side. Or will they not charge me for this?
