Acct only 2 weeks old, deleted for inactivity

The email said that free accounts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. I have only had the account for a couple of weeks, and I have only just printed it on my new business cards. What gives?

It could also get deleted if they found something wrong with the information you entered.

I'm not saying you have, but for example if you have entered incorrect 911 information. (more information -> https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... t-deleted- )
