Hi, I have two accounts with Freephoneline.ca. For both of them I have paid the fee for the VOIP Unlock File (SIP Settings to be used with a VOIP Gateway).
Recently I ported my Rogers cell phone # to Telus and now I am having a lot of issues using both my landlines to call the cell phone. I have been with the Telus support and they have extensively tested with multiple cell phones including Bell, Telus, Chatr, Rogers and the issues is not cell phone related. They also called me on my cell phone # from a Bell Landline and again no issues.
When I call my cell phone from the FFL lines I get the following error message: "The cellular number that you have called has not been assigned. Please verify the number and call again". Troubleshooting steps I have done:
1. Restarted VOIP Adapter multiple times (PAP2-NA)
2. Tested using a Soft Phone
With both the above, exactly the same error message. The Telus tech support rep asked me to get in touch with you regarding the below:
"Please advised your voice over IP company to check for translation issue or update their LRN on their database to help you fix issue."
Unable to call Telus cell phone from Freephoneline VOIP Key

Re: Unable to call Telus cell phone from Freephoneline VOIP
I recommend that you delete all of these phone numbers (this is a public forum, and you're creating potential security issues for yourself), and submit a ticket instead: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Select "VoIP Unlock Key"-->"My Account inquiry" for the issue type. This is not a device configuration issue, so they should be able to assist you.
If no responds to your support ticket, provide the ticket number in a private message to Fongo Support after registering and logging into the forums: http://forum.fongo.com/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=7852.
Freephoneline support staff is not obliged to respond on these forums.
Btw, it's FPL (FreePhoneLine) and not "FFL."
