1. Submit a ticket here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Select "My account inquiry" for the final issue type.

I’ve seen that page but it doesn’t explain how to restore the number. Can you help?

I don't work for Freephoneline nor Fongo Mobile, so I can't. You have to submit a ticket, which is step 1. If the number is still available, then you'll likely have to buy World Credits for $5.
