An Enhanced Voicemail

Was wondering if you guys could improve the incoming voicemail?

As it is right now, people call and the answering machine picks up and then goes beep!

Nobody from incoming calls can re-record there own personal message or neither can they make there message as urgent and thereforth not giving this can get people upset when they cant control there own sent messages?

Also to Enhance the answering machine into english/french with an automated message this would be nice to for those who live Quebec

There is an option to change your voicemails' IVR in your "Change Details" tab - With the new update (ETA 10 Days to completion) there will also be Portuguese as an option after this update - Time for implementation and availability however I cannot say.

If this does not work as desired please describe exactly what is happening here, and I will get it fixed.

Ok I admit thats good start but far from finnished ...

I will explain better in detail both parts: A,B

A: There are reasons why I say its good to have the answering machine in both languages choosen

Press 1 for English
2 pour francais
so once the caller chooses he is given a recording in his/her language..

I cant see this being to difficult to apply?

B: When someone leaves a voice message in our voicemail box they cant re-record there personal message or even review there personal message or send there own message with normal delivery,urgent delivery nor private delivery.
Today users have those options with most phone carriers.
(can you please look into this and work at fixxing the inbound side of voicemail options)

Right now we have to focus on stability and ease of implementation with the new releases and upgrades happening, but these feature requests have been documented in our development database for review by the product development team, but from a tech perspective we really need to focus on the basics.
