how long to wait for my configuration file

I purchased my configuration file on June 24. I am still waiting for my configuration file and my credit card has not been charged yet. I will be out of country next week, can I get the file before I leave? Thanks.

Sometimes things get mixed up at their office. I advise you better call them back. Also verify in your account if the config file isn't there already. It has happened to me and many others that the config file was in the account and they had not been notified by email.

Up to ten business days for processing time - sorry if your sales agent didn't clearly identify that wait time to you. You should have it soon!
