Newbie here! Apologies that appears as a duplicate post. I have spent several unsuccessful hours attempting various suggestions from this forum but am not further ahead. (Also, I am not a network nor telecom engineer and many of the solutions are quite long and peppered with unfamiliar acronyms and techno-speak.

Running the test connection from the FPL application reports that 'Data transfer: Unable to send/receive sound data! Port 13000 should be available' with 'Possible reasons: NONE.'
My Windows Firewall reports that inbound/outbound firewall rules for the FPL executable are in place and allowed for this port.
There are no ports blocked on my router, at least to my understanding after a review of all router admin screens and configuration options. The only port related screen reports 'No ports restricted.'
Sorry I don't know what SIP or ATA or some of these other acronyms mean, so please be gentle with any assistance.
