I try to setup my fongo account on my ATA device or my voip phone grandstream DP715 but not working ?

You would need to buy Freephoneline’s VoIP unlock key for $89.95+taxes first.

Although it's possible that others may be able to help you configure your device, I'm unsure that I will be able to since I've never used one.
Fongo Mobile can’t be provisioned on an ATA. You can only use the Fongo Mobile smartphone app.
