Do you know you have termination to Trois-Rivières with FPL? That means even if FPL don't have Trois-Rivières numbers you can still call there as if it is local. So you could take a number from québec or Montréal and never pay a phone line again. Only thing is your neighbour will have to make a long distance to call you if he's not with FPL.

As for having numbers from Trois-Rivières sorry but you'll have to wait after FPL has numbers for Hawkesbury On lol (Wish Kris could confirm).
