How to create a FollowMe number?

On the Followme Settings page, there is a drop down selection where you can choose to activate the followme forwarding option.

But... there are no fields anywhere to enter the phone number that you want to forward the calls to. All there is a text message that reads:

FollowMe Numbers:
FollowMe number Number of seconds Options
You do not have any FollowMe numbers yet. Please add one from the form below.


But there is no form. I've tried logging in with Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, but there is no form with fields where a phone number can be entered.

What am I missing? How do I set up a Followme number?

After selecting one of the two options that leave FollowMe active (Always and When Unavailable/ Forward) be sure to click "Submit"
