Followme Not working with the 2nd number

I have configured follow me for my friend, have added two follow me numbers.

Now when I call the FPL number the bell rings on the first number in the follow me, If my friends attends the first number I can talk, but if he does not pick the first number in the follow , the call is now diverted to the second number, the bell rings, my frind picks up the phone number, I can hear him, but he cant hear me.

This is similar situation with another number also.
