I signed up for a phone number last week and tested the service and it was working great. Could make and receive local calls in the 604 area code.
But today, when I call my freephoneline number, it's going straight to voicemail. The freephoneline application on my laptop does not "ring" at all.
I can call out no problem. Just not receiving any incoming calls.
I have the FollowMe settings set to "never" on my profile.
Is there a problem with the service today? Or is there some obvious setting that I'm missing?
Thanks in advance for any assistance the community can provide!

Re: Calls are going straight to voicemail
Thanks for the prompt reply, Steve!
The issue seems to be intermittent. I closed and reopened the application a few times and it's working now.
I'll PM my details and if you have time to look into it at your end, that would be great.
Thanks!

Hm, makes me wonder if something on your network or PC might be blocking or filtering it.bbabe wrote:Thanks for the prompt reply, Steve!

Running any firewalls? Try setting individual port exceptions for UDP ports 13000-13001 and 6060-6061
May also not hurt to forward them in your router too (if you're comfortable doing that)
