Problem with followme

Hi,
I just setup followme to forward calls to my cellphone. I asked a few friends to call to call my freephoneline number and most of the time the call is forwarded to my cellphone without any problems. However, when someone calls the freephoneline number from a Rogers cellphone, they get a message that "The call cannot be completed as dialed"
Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Can they call you from a Rogers phone if the call forwarding is disabled?
