Perfect Service

Post by davidhinkley »

What can I say... We have freephoneline.ca internet with telephone service. The only hitch we had was a Bell tech error which cause us to get slow speeds because they incorrectly setup the dry loop (we were replacing all phone and internet services). Before bell set up the dry loop, we already had the thomson ata/modem/wireless router and it worked right out the box for everything - and was very fast. When bell fixed their error the speed returned and everything has worked like a charm ever since.

I must say that support was the fastest and most knowledgable I've dealt with to date ---- and I've dealt with the worst (Bell and Rogers) and some of the best small, independent dsl providers in the past. Very Impressive! (Especially Steve in support).

Thanks,
Dave

Remember speed will be entirely dependent on distance from the CO or DSLAM. This very well may be different for every DSL customer.

You pay $19.95 (Superspeed DSL Internet) + $8.95 (Dry Loop) + $2.95 (Network Access Fee)=$31.85 monthly • Where available 1st and last months DSL, Dry loop and Network Access Fee are included in the price
I guess I would then ask you to define "superspeed".
