Have re-registered two or three times. Each time I enter the PIN number on a touchtone phone, I get "dead air". - nothing! - Originally I had registered with "Bud Phone", but kept getting the same message...."Your account is not activated". - Even though I entered the PIN number as requested.
Please help!

Make sure your registration attempt was within the last 24hrs though. If not, re-register then call us.

One phone call and all the problems with the activation code were gone ! Thank you for the prompt reply to my inquiry !
The service desk was courteous, helpful and the activation was done manually immediately.
