As of today, we have not been able to obtain transport facilities into Laval, PQ and it's surrounding areas covered by 1450; be it economical feasibility or otherwise, which in turn would allow us to at least offer on-net (free calling) to that area. When local facilities and / or DID's (phone numbers) become available there will be an announcement on the website; as to a timeline, unfortunately I cannot provide one at this time.
