All phone calls turned into instant fail on SoftPhone

Not sure if it is only me... I tried calling since last night, the softphone wouldn't even ring, and it says fail immediately.

I tried restarting the comp and reinstalling the app, but it still does not work.

Even pressing the voicemail button on the softphone does not work.

No firewall or hardware configuration was made at all.

Same problem,

Any and all calls with Softphone turn into failed. Tried "Test Connection" under "Menu" and just goes on forever

I 'm guessing the scheduled maintenance is taking longer than previously thought.

The service interruptions being described here seem very intermittent and isolated - Though the issue is being looked in to, the announcement was merely a precaution to avoid complications if indeed the service was affected, the update was advised as a non-service interrupting update - However, if Murphy's Law has any validity...

This may be one user, yes. But among the 15 people among me, all phones work well and connect.

maybe this will help. inbound calls working but outbound calls fail.

Correct, this was the case.

Changes have been reverted pending further investigation - Calls should return to normal now.

I am still getting failed calls both in and out, on the softphone and ATA.

EDIT** They have just started to work again now @ 11:25 EST for me
