I sent the following message to admin@freephoneline.ca and also as a PM on the forums but have not received a reply via either method:
Hello,
I have a FPL account and I am wondering how I can tell if my account has been certified or not. It is my understanding that once the account is certified that my account will never be closed due to inactivity (as discussed on the forums: http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=582). Can you check if my account has been certified, and if it has not, can you explain what steps I need to take to make sure I will not lose my FPL phone number due to inactivity?
Thanks,
Kent
