weired problem. two FPL with linksys spa2102

i have two line for my daughters, i have problems to make line 2 works, line1 works ok, but, for line 2, there is just no dial tone, and can't make or receive calls.

i do double check the configuration screenshots form configuration section, i am doing the same with that configuration instruction.

what is problem?

btw, from linksys info page, it shows both account were registered successfully. i use line1 port 5060, and line2 5061, configure port forwarding form router already.

any hint?

Basically you daughter has 2 different FPL #s if I am not mistaken, the question is do you buy 2 Config file for those 2 different numbers? Because if answer is not and you only bought one and try to use both line then it will not work.
