The problem persists, sorry to say...
In the last week, about half my calls get dropped
randomly. It can be after less than a minute or it might
happen after an hour. And yet, some calls are not dropped
and the connection is very good.
From my experience, random bugs are the very hardest
to find. I think I can speak for all us users when I say:
"Thank you" to Kris and Steve and the rest of the
tech staff at fpl. Hang in there, guys, there is >no bug<
that cannot be found and squashed!

I've had a couple of strange calls. Not dropped, but on one I got a long ring instead of the regular ring pattern. Then on both when you answer you get a bunch of recurring buzzing sounds and you cannot talk to the caller.

As I was also reporting a big problem with dropped calls, I am happy to report that the problems appear to be gone and that the wife is saying all is good for several weeks.

Thanks very much.

My family has not had any dropped calls since the upgrades. It seems like they fixed the issue... whatever it was.
