I wanted incoming calls to go to both home ATA with FPL and to Follow Me to a mobile phone.
Changed Follow Me Settings to "simultaneous" ......Submit
However, now incoming calls not ringing anymore on home FPL, they are going straight to Follow Me mobile phone number.
Any suggestions?

Re: Follow me settings.....simultaneous
I can't reproduce your issue on a Freephoneline account I tested.
1. Ensure your ATA is registered. If it's not, it won't ring. Registration is a requirement for incoming calls.
Login at https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings
a) "SIP Status" needs to show "Connected".
b) SIP User Agent needs to reflect the ATA or device you're using.
c) Disable "Follow Me". Click "Submit". Test with an incoming call to your FPL number. Ensure your ATA rings first before proceeding (and check all phone cords attached to the ATA to ensure that they're not loose or accidentally disconnected). If your ATA doesn't ring, the problem has nothing to do with Follow Me.
2. Although it shouldn't matter, when "Simultaneous" is selected, ensure that "Follow Me Mode" shows "Always Call Forward".
To do that, just change ring mode " to "Sequential" and change "Follow Me Mode" to "Always Call Forward". Then change "Ring Mode" back to "Simultaneous". Click "Submit".
3. Ensure that your Freephoneline number is not listed in your "Follow Me Numbers".
4. Ensure that "Rings Before Voicemail" is greater than 1 (it should be already if the Follow Me number is ringing).

Re: Follow me settings.....simultaneous
I just tested a second Freephoneline account. Works fine. I tested with an incoming call from a Google Voice number to the FPL number. Follow Me number was a Telus carrier number. Freephoneline endpoint and Telus carrier number rang.
I also tested with an incoming call from Fongo Mobile to FPL.

Re: Follow me settings.....simultaneous
when I did a complete system shutdown.......modem, router, ATA box.....and restart, the "simultaneous" mode started working as supposed.
Now incoming calls are ringing on both phone.
Thank you for all the advise!

Re: Follow me settings.....simultaneous
Then it wasn't a Follow Me issue. Refer to point D from viewtopic.php?p=78976#p78976 and the page below it.
Also refer to point 9 from viewtopic.php?p=78975#p78975. Point 9 (device boot order) doesn't matter (or matters significantly less) if the conditions in point D are met.
Thanks for updating. I'm glad your problem is resolved.
