Android 6?
Google Play says minimum Android 7 for Fongo. I have been using Android 6 for years but lately I have been unable to make calls( it says check network connection, or error finding rate) . Could this be my OS or another reason?

Fongo Mobile’s own website indicates Android OS 7.0 or higher is required: https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/2 ... ngo-Mobile.
Also old versions of the app are eventually not allowed to connect: https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/1 ... n-Schedule.
You can try logging in at https://account.fongo.com/login/ to see if it’s an account suspension/dormancy issue.

However, I wouldn’t hold your breath if you’re not using at least Android version 7 and the latest official app version.

Thanks, it must be using Android 6 that's causing the problem. I'll buy a new phone or ditch my Fongo account.
