No Voicemails
Hello. When using the FollowMe feature, I do not seem to have voicemail. After numerous tests, and leaving voicemails, when I try to call voicemail on the softphone, I always have no new messages. I cannot figure out why or if I'm doing something wrong or missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Followme + voicemail = nothing?
Hi, just setup a new account a few days ago. Love the system so far, I'm about to ditch Bell! Goodbye!
So I've setup the followme to forward to my cell when unavailable on the softphone. I've got the voicemail setting to 15 seconds, the my cellphone is listed with 10 seconds delay.
When I call from another line to my FPL number, here's what happens:
1. Softphone rings a bit.
2. Call gets transferred to my cell, which rings a bit.
3. Call gets to my voicemail. I can hear my own personal greeting. I speak, leaving a message, then hang up.
4. ????? nothing
I check from the softphone, no messages in my voicemail. Why?
Before I enabled the Followme feature, I could leave voicemails just fine. In fact, I followed some user's recommendation and installed the VoiceMailBox app on my iphone, and it works great!

Re: Followme + voicemail = nothing?
I believe there is a small bug that has come up when that ring > forward > voicemail is being used. There's a few more upgrades slated for next week, fingers crossed those will get it. We will keep you posted as we continue to work on this!

Re: Followme + voicemail = nothing?
I think the best you can do right now is put the "number of seconds before voicemail" value to the largest possible, hoping people will hang up before reaching voicemail.

yes, good idea! I also changed the voicemail message to let them know that it isn't working properly at this time..at least that will explain my lack of response
