World Credits without VOIP

Post by Markadoodle »

I have been using FFL for call forwarding for 15 ish years. Used to make an outgoing call every few weeks on the desktop app. No more desktop app. I had bought some World Calling Credits and that amount is slowly depeating ($2 per month) because they feel the account is dormant. Email says I can keep account active by topping up the World Calling Credits, but I can't seem to do that without a VOIP purchase. Anyone know how I can add money to my World Calling Credits?

You can’t.

“Please note that World Credits are only available for purchase by users with a VoIP Unlock key.”

Freephoneline has become service for VoIP unlock key owners. If you don’t want to buy a VoIP unlock key, you can consider porting to Fongo Mobile, provided you have a smartphone that supports it. However, you will lose your World Credits after porting has been completed.

Visit https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/2 ... ngo-Mobile and https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/art ... o-services for more information.

Porting info for Fongo Mobile is located at https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/4 ... le-Port-in.

Information on porting out from Freephoneline is located at https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/art ... r-Port-out.

Fongo Mobile’s dormancy policy is located at https://support.fongo.com/hc/articles/3 ... unt-policy.
