Bonjour,

Depuis que vous avez mise a jour la nouvelle plateforme administration de Fongo Work, j'essaie de changer l'option Receptionist Voice & Greeting par le choix CHANTAL (francais) et quand je fais des test, cest toujours SALLY (ANGLAIS) qui est au systeme lors d'un appel.

Hello,

since you updated the Fongo Work administration platform, I've been trying to change the Receptionist Voice & Greeting option to "CHANTAL (French)", but when I test it, the system always uses "SALLY (English)" during a call.

Please don't crosspost in multiple discussion areas about the same issue. Troubleshooting in multiple threads about the exact same issue becomes confusing. Thank you for your future consideration.

- Recheck the script for blocked characters (e.g., &, $, ?, ! and accented letters) and regenerate; mispronunciations can be resolved by selecting the French receptionist voice for French text.
- Ensure no Pro-only flows are overriding the automated voice: Recording or Upload replaces the synthesized voice, and Scheduling can switch between specific audio files by time block; these features are Pro only and will supersede the automated voice if active.
- After regenerating, sign out and sign back in again, then place a fresh live call to confirm the voice on the first prompt.
- If the issue persists, submit a ticket via the Fongo Works support category so support can verify back-end settings related to the voice selection and recent platform changes: https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests/new

- Automated Receptionist Greeting with multiple built-in voices, including French Canadian, is included with Free signup; Pro adds options like recording, uploading, scheduling, and bypass.
- The greeting plays as soon as a caller reaches the system, so a live call test is the definitive verification step after generating the new file."


I haven't confirmed whether those A.I. generated instructions work, but they may be a starting point.
