Your welcome and I have tested my 2 lines, family line which seem to work on out going and in coming. Hopefully we are good now! Too bad you cant get an answer as to why the back end took so long to even attempt to correct the failure.

My speculating about the cause probably isn't worthwhile, and clearly, I'm not supposed to know.
