Registration works.

Outbound calls fail.

I'm also seeing this with Fongo Mobile on cellular data and Wi-Fi.

I've tried contacting Fongo about this.

Calls are suddenly working again.

Apparently, on-net (Fongo to Fongo) calls were working, but everything else wasn't.
Fongo confirmed this.
