Ticket submission is working normally for me.

I would try clearing browser cache and cookies, ensuring cookies are accepted, and testing with a different browser than the one you are currently using (firefox, chrome, edge, etc.)

Also, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

You can try emailing support(at)fongo.com (delete brackets, and replace "at" with "@" without the quotation marks). I've never started a ticket that way though.

Afterwards, you can check your ticket status by logging in at
https://support.fongo.com/hc/requests. That's an account for tickets
(zendesk) only and is completely separate from your Freephoneline account or
any other Fongo account you may have. If you don't have a zendesk account yet, click "Sign Up" after visiting the link.
Use the same email address that you use to submit tickets. Do not use the same password as your Freephoneline or Fongo Mobile
account. Again, these accounts are unrelated.

Support staff does not respond to tickets on weekends or Canadian holidays.
Support hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST.

Fongo does have https://twitter.com/Fongo_Support. I'm not sure if anyone
there responds to direct messages.

Similarly, they appear to be on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/FongoMobile/. I don't know whether they'll respond to you there.

Thank you. I tried again submitting using my cell phone and an older chrome based browser (Bromite). That worked.

Using latest Firefox or MS Edge does not work.

I tried 145.0.1 (64-bit), which is the latest Firefox version, on Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2 (with the latest official build).
Version 142.0.3595.90 (Official build) (64-bit) is the latest version of Edge at the time of this post.

I'm not sure what would cause the error you're receiving, but I can't reproduce it.

I thought it might be an IP block, but you stated you tried two different ISPs. Refreshing the page too quickly or submitting a lot of tickets in a short amount of time might trip Zendesk’s rate limits (I've never tried doing triggering that, so I'm not sure), temporarily banning the IP or user agent. I doubt you were doing that though, and I would expect to see an error message showing “Too Many Requests" instead.

As far as I know, Zendesk forms rely on session cookies and CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) tokens. If your browser blocks third‑party cookies, strips referer headers, or uses aggressive privacy modes, the token validation fails and Zendesk treats the request as unauthorized. Possibly some third party ad-blocker, extension, or app might be interfering.
