hello,
happy to know FPL staff are working hard to make it better telephony service.
there is one thing, the 30 seconds and then give the voice mail is too short, when a call to PFL number, there is noticeable delay, the same with dial out. this may cause problem, especially when user doing a call forwarding, when the call is forwarded to cell phone, in may cases, it just ring twice and goes to voice mail, no enough time to take cell out and answer the phone.
can you extend 30 seconds to a longer range? like 60 seconds, and give the user flexibility to configure how many seconds before get voice mail? for sure, that is good for most of users.
just 30 seconds and then voice mail, it is too short

Pretty sure this is configurable. Like, 110% sure. Just log in and check all the pages in your account, it's there and in plain sight. I have mine set to the maximum (72 IIRC) since I get voicemail for free through my provider.
