In my lifetime I have never had to go this far out of my way to not recommend a product. I have never made one of these posts in my life. But this company is beyond horrible, they are crooks.

I hit reset on the back of my device and it has been 16 days (and counting) that I have no phone service. The device does not auto provision, and the only way to get it to provision is to get them to push the it back to the device

I have literally sent them about 20 tickets. Several phone calls. Day after day after day and no phone service, no email back, no contact, no help. Day after day after day of sending them a new ticket, begging for help, and no reply (except an auto generated useless generic reply). No matter what you do, you will never be able to contact anyone that can help you. You can try submitting tickets in complaints, in sales, in tech support, it wont matter. You will be ignored.

I am WARNING anyone that thinks about using this company. If you dare ever have any issue with your service - you will be screwed, you will lose access to your phone number, and you will go insane trying to contact them and get any sort of customer support or help.

Please. Stay away. Do not use this company. I wish I could do something more than complain to BBB and the CCTS. Your sanity is worth more than $60 a year. Use voip.ms or another company.

I got this phone for my elderly father and he has missed medical appointments, pharmacy calls, and that doesnt even include the safety issue of him not having a phone at home to be able to contact. And he has difficulty using a cellphone because of vision and age, land line is my only option. This company is beyond cruel. If there was a way to sue the company for gross negligence I would happily take time out of my life to go through with it.

Just submitted my first complaint with CCTS after 16 days of cruelty from Fongo

Thank you for submitting your complaint.
We will review it to see if we can accept it. If we accept your complaint, we will send a copy to your service provider and ask them to work with you to solve it. We will also ask them to tell us, within 20 days, if the complaint has been solved. We expect you to work with your provider during this stage. Please be respectful when you communicate with CCTS staff and that of your service provider.
