How do I add a number/name to my Contacts?
When I tap and hold a number listed in History, adding to Contacts is not an option. A pop-up appears showing options such as Call/Message/Block/Delete but nothing about Contacts.
Am a Fongo newbie using World Edition.

You need to give the app permission to access your contacts first.
On iPhones, for example, navigate to Settings-->Apps-->Fongo (the app you're using) -->Contacts
You can give the app "Limited Access" or "Full Access" (up to you).
Afterwards, the options to "Create New Contact" and "Add to Contact" are offered from Fongo Mobile's history list.
