Free 411
Hey there,
I discovered the toll free 411 service 1-800-555-1212 and thought i might share it with you guys.
You can call it with your FreePhoneLine number or cellphone and it won't cost you a penny (airminutes may be deducted from cellphones).
You will be connected with Bell Canada's 411 directory assistance for free and you don't have to pay that extra dollar.
1-800-555-1212 is the number.

I wouldn't be opposed to GOOG 411. I actually programmed it in to my speed dial.FPL-steve wrote:We're currently still looking for 411 options at the momentap236 wrote:Who does FPL use for 411, and what is the cost?

Re: Free 411
not the only problem korey...
FPL can't set that as a 411 number on their system without first taking careful consideration of the TOS of the 411 directory service provider. (Either Google or Bell's in this case.)
Either case the chances are the company owning the directory would want some sort of monetary compensation if we were to start flooding their service with requests. Google is less likely than Bell in this instance to be greedy of course.

Re: Free 411
awesome, thanks for the Bell number. The Google number doesn't understand what I say when I'am speaking french! So I don't expect it to understand french business names either.

Re: Free 411
Once, I tried to find the phone number using Google 411 for a hairstylist.
His business name is "Salon OZÉ"
Try to say that, in english, to a computer! NEVER WORKED! Google is great, but their 411 is terrible.
Maps on iphone, however, is wonderful.
