i recently bought config file from fpl. i m not satisfied and i wanted to terminate the service. please let me know how can i terminate it and claim refund. wanted to know about return policy of fpl.

I'm sorry that you are encountering issues. Honestly I can't say anything negative about my service, I have two config files for two different lines. If you are having problems it may be with your ISP or setup as the ATA is the best way to go.
I'm certain that if you want to sell someone your config file at a discount, you could find someone to consider buying it for the right price. What city is your number for?

You raise an interesting point, however. What's FPL policy on account resell? Well this question is already another subject that warrants its own thread, so I guess I'll go post it.
