ATA Configuration

If I reset my ATA to factory defaults does that remove the configuration that FPL put on when I bought it?
I have a linksys ATA PAP2T

Yes, if you reset it by dialing ****73738 1.

Sounds easy, one more question. How would I get my voippassword? Not sure if I remember it.

There is a tab on your FPL portal that contains your FPL SIP profile.

And if you are unlucky like me, you were sent an email that contains both the FPL number and SIP password (if that email is compromised, your phoneline will have clones).

Thanks for all the help, I do have the info now to reset my ATA and hopefully solve my issues of a busy signal on incoming calls.
