If I reset my ATA to factory defaults does that remove the configuration that FPL put on when I bought it?

And if you are unlucky like me, you were sent an email that contains both the FPL number and SIP password (if that email is compromised, your phoneline will have clones).

Thanks for all the help, I do have the info now to reset my ATA and hopefully solve my issues of a busy signal on incoming calls.
