I noticed that for a small percentage of the outbound calls I make, the receiver cannot hear me, but I can hear them. This always coincides with the receiver's Caller ID seeing my Freephoneline number but not my name (the name is populated by the number). When the receiver sees my name on Caller ID, the audio is always two-way and everything works without problems.
Has anybody experienced this phenomenon? It appears to be a termination issue. The calls are in the 604 area code.

Re: Intermittent One-Way Audio for Outbound Calls
It does that for me from time to time, mainly when I'm heavily downloading. I did notice if it was a case of phone number/name showing... since I don't have any QoS enable, I'm not suprise I have this issue!
Good luck
